1. 1. How do I find a product on PopT-Shirts.com?

We have several ways to help you search our site:

• 1.1 If you know what you are looking for, type it into the search box on our homepage, then click Go.
• 1.2 Mouse over our category links at the top of navigation bar to view the specific category.   

For example, if you like music, click on the Music link. You will see our collection from Pop to Rock!

• 1.3 0–9, A-Z Blue Bar: on the subsets of the category page, you can find your singer or band by simply clicking on the letter of your choice.

 

• 2. How can I order?

Order Online:
Add your desired products into the shopping cart. From there, select your shipping method to calculate the total cost.

Once this is complete, simply click “Check out” to pay by credit card or press “Check out with PayPal”.

 

Order by Mail:
If you would like to order by mail, please include a note of the item’s name, number and size you like to order and mail it with your payment to:

• 3. What methods of payment do you accept?

PopT-Shirt accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, checks, and money orders.

All personal checks take seven business days before processing.

 

• 4. Is it safe to use my credit card/debit card on your site?

Of course!  We at PopT-Shirt.com hold safety as our top priority. We use the industry standard secure socket layer to ensure your information is safe.

When using a debit card, the amount charged will be placed on “hold” within your account. This means it will not be available to you, however will be deducted once your order is processed. Then, the “hold” will be removed.

 

• 5. I tried to place an order on PopT-Shirts.com, but it didn’t work. What should I do?
• All digits on card should match up to those typed.
• Double check that the three digit verification code matches the three digits on the back of your card for Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.
• Make sure for American Express the four digit verification code matches the four digits on the front your card
• Please ensure the billing address and phone number entered is the same as the cardholders’.

Size Information

 

• 1. What are the sizes?

Our t-shirts come from different manufactures. Thus the sizes may be different based on the companies. If your size is between two sizes of a t-shirt, please choose a larger size. All t-shirts on our site are adult men’s sizes if not specified.

We carry t-shirt sizes adult S, M, L, XXL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL.

 

Shipping/ Delivery

 

• 1. How long will it take to get my order?

In-stock items: we will ship the next business day.

 

Standard Shipping:
Shipping is by US Post Office Priority Mail.
2-5 business days for delivery


 

Expedite Shipping:
Shipping is by US Express Mail.
Overnight to 2-day delivery


 

International Shipping
For international orders, currently we ship to Canada only. Shipping is by US Post Office Priority Mail International.
6 - 10 business days for delivery

 

Plese Note: if an items is oversized, it may require additional shipping & handling fee. Before we apply the additional fee, we will contact you by email or phone about it.


Also, all international shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance, and subject to customs charges.

 

2. How much does it cost?
Depending on your zip code, shipping methods and items in your shopping cart, it will automatically caculate the shipping cost at Checkout.


 


3. Do you offer free shipping?


Yes, FREE Ground Shipping for Orders over $60.00.

When the total of you order is equle to or more than $60.00, you will enjoy FREE GROUND SHIPPING.

Rest assure, all items are carefully packaged.  We handle your items as if they were for our own.

• 1. How do I track my delivery?

Once your item is shipped, we will email you with your tracking number.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

• 1. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can make a return or exchange the same item within 30 days of receipt. We will be glad to do a full refund minus the shipping charge. Please email us your choice before making a return or exchange.

 

• 2. How do I return an item?

Make a copy of your packing slip and mail your package to our address.

• 3. What if the item arrived is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect?

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us about the situation as soon as possible.  We will be glad to do a full refund or replacement per your email request.

 

• 4. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Credit card refunds can take up to 7 business days to be credited to your account.
